Community Employment

The Community Employment Department works with Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities (OOD) to find positions for individuals that have a disability. Through focusing on the individual, their abilities, needs and goals, the team helps the individual overcome barriers to employment that may otherwise prohibit them from being successful.

Eligible adults and students age 14 and up are provided the skills needed to find and keep competitive employment. We ensure that each case is customized for the best possible outcome for each participant and their career goals.
