Individuals with developmental disabilities, and their families, may be looking for different types of providers
(Example: Adult Day Services, DD Waiver Nursing, and Transportation).
A listing of different providers can be located on the Department of Developmental Disabilities website – dodd.ohio.gov
- On the home page, at the top you will find a menu bar. Click on “Provider Search” at top left.
- In the left column you will find “Topic Menu”, this area explains different services provided by providers.
- Look through the topics and select the topic of interest by clicking on it.
- You can then make choices to search by different parameters. Example: Location (county, city, zip code, etc.).
- After you select your location choice, look to the column on the right and select different subjects under each topic.
Results of your search will be displayed.
Additional assistance can be obtained from the County Board.
NOTE: Funding is based on need and must be approved by the County Board. Please contact your Service Support Administrator (SSA) to coordinate services.
