Early Intervention

The Early Intervention Program serves children birth to three years of age who have been diagnosed with developmental delays or disabilities, and their families. If the child is eligible, highly trained Fairway staff assists the parents in designing home services to meet the needs of the child and family.

The Fairway School Program offers a wide array of services to children in Crawford County. These services are arranged and developed through the Local Education Agency, the Early Childhood Collaborative and families of children.

Service Support Administration

The Community Services Department is comprised of Service Support Administration and Family Support Services. Eligibility for services are determined through testing which is coordinated by the Community Services Department.
